Customer Care Policy

Our commitment to Customer Care is focal to the operations of the Company from top to bottom. All employees, operatives, sub-contractors and agents acting on the Company's behalf are inducted in our Customer Care Policy.

We require all standards to be maintained including:

  • Keeping appointments and ensure that Customers are advised of unavoidable delays
  • Advise the Customer of the work to be carried out
  • Protect the Customer's possessions and belongings and minimise disruption whilst work is in progress
  • Clear all surplus materials and waste from site daily
  • Ensure, wherever possible, that main services are disrupted for the shortest time possible, and to leave properties secure
  • NOT TO smoke, use derogatory or offensive language, use inappropriate behaviour, or play radios and the like in Customers' homes
  • Do our very best to ensure that the Customer is satisfied with the completed works
